JonJu Tech developed the electronics for this amazing fire extinguisher system for domestic kitchens. It detects the presence of fire and uses the water supply to extinguish it using a fine mist. It has had extensive trials that have shown it to be very effective at extinguishing fire in the kitchen and (as a result of the finely controlled mist) it causes very little water damage.
